Why I Created Heart to Heart Club

"For years, I distrusted my intuition, assumed I was alone in my struggles, and judged myself for every imperfection. What changed everything was sisterhood - the medicine of being seen, heard, and reminded I’m not the only one navigating career, relationships, and body image challenges.

In my women’s circles in Bend, Oregon, I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when women come together with honesty and love. Hearts open. Walls drop. Transformation begins.
